How to participate?

To participate in this conference you need to

  • Write a 600-words paper on one of the conference’s topics
  • Register by filling out this Google Form and submit your paper in it
  • Application period: January 6th to March 1st, 2024

The requirements for the paper are outlined in our call for papers.

Accommodation

We are looking into possible financial support to lower the accommodation fee. The final accommodation fee is expected not to exceed our current estimations. Nevertheless, we encourage you to file a funding request with your own university to support your accommodation, .

Travel Reimbursement

We encourage you to file a funding request with your own university. If your home university could not take care of your travelling fee, please inform us about your estimated traveling cost when filling in the call for paper Google Form and we could try to figure it out.

Meals and Coffee Breaks

We will support you with a reception on the first day and sufficient small food and drinks during coffee breaks. Currently, we are trying to get all your meals included as well but we could not promise that.
