[Peer Advising Event]
You are warmly invited to this year’s Peer Advising Event, which will take place on Tuesday, 27th of June, at 16:30 in UCF’s courtyard. If it rains, we will move to the Co-creation room. The Peer Advising Event is an fun opportunity for this year’s peer advisors and advisees to get together: for prospective peer advisors to learn more about UCF’s peer advising program, for advisors to pick up their certificates, and for anyone to have a good time around drinks and snacks!

The summer camping will be held in the weekend July 14th- 16th at the campground in Schwörstadt. Deadline of registration is June 28th. Grab the chance and join! It’ll be fun!

[Major Information Session] for 1st years
The Major Coordinators invite the first year students to the Major Information Session on Thursday, July 13, 16h in KG 1009.
Find our more about the majors, their modules and courses, study choices and oppoertunities and what to do with them.
The Declaration of Major will be possible until July 31 and allows students to register for Major specific courses already during the Course Registration Period 1.

[End of the semester party] looking for volunteers!
We are now recruiting volunteers for the end of semester party, which will be held on the 21st of July. We will separate the tasks into the “organization team” and the “work force“. The organization team will design the events within the party and map out the event proposal. The working force will be doing a bit more practical work (e.g., transporting beer to the venue!).

Men between 20 and 35 wanted for a research project of the Biological Psychology faculty on the relationship between stress and face recognition.

[Stadttheater bargain price] Two-for-one tickets to the Stadttheater in July
Stadttheater recently announced that throughout July University Students will be able to purchase 2 tickets for the price of 1. (This bargain is only available starting three days before the relevant show.) “Bring a friend – zu zweit ins Theater fuer insgesamt nur 9 Euro.”

[Sustainable Energy Summer School] Hosted by the Solar Insitute Juelich
Are you still looking for things to do this summer and you have an interest in renewable energy and start-ups? The Solar Institute Juelich is offering an intensive 2 week long camp on innovative and sustainable energy systems.
From August 8th to August 18th the Institute will be hosting its 34th Summer School on Renewable Energy and Start-Ups. The Summer School will be held in German.
